Professor Dieu Hack-Polay

Dieu Hack-Polay is a Professor of Management at Crandall University (Canada) and Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln (UK). Dieu has a wealth of practitioner, academic, and experience that he brings to the classroom to enrich the student’s learning experience. He worked for several years in various sectors of activity including the voluntary sector and local government as a human resources and training practitioner in the United Kingdom. He also has several years of experience as an academic. He worked for various institutions internationally.
Prof. Hack-Polay has a PhD in Sociology from the University of Surrey and a Doctorate in Education (EdD) Leadership from the University of Lincoln as well as master’s degrees in human resource management, sociology and applied linguistics. His research focuses on migrant workers are expatriates. He has published several books and journal articles in leading international journals.
Dieu Hack-Polay est professeur de gestion à l’Université Crandall (Canada) et à la Lincoln International Business School, Université de Lincoln (Royaume-Uni). Dieu apporte une richesse d’expérience pratique et académique qu’il met à profit en classe pour enrichir l’expérience d’apprentissage des étudiants. Il a travaillé pendant plusieurs années dans divers secteurs, notamment le secteur bénévole et le gouvernement local en tant que praticien des ressources humaines et de la formation au Royaume-Uni. Il possède également plusieurs années d’expérience en tant qu’universitaire. Il a travaillé pour diverses institutions à l’international.
Le professeur Hack-Polay détient un doctorat en sociologie de l’Université de Surrey et un doctorat en éducation (EdD) en leadership de l’Université de Lincoln, ainsi que des maîtrises en gestion des ressources humaines, sociologie et linguistique appliquée. Ses recherches se concentrent sur les travailleurs migrants et les expatriés. Il a publié plusieurs livres et articles de revues dans des revues internationales de premier plan.
