City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL) is an advanced research-focused education institute in New Brunswick, Canada, that serves the needs of the research community and businesses. C-IHL is part of the Institute of International Education Canada (IEC) Inc., founded in 2013. The Institute is a significant place for scholarly research and business consultancy covering contemporary global issues. C-IHL focuses primarily on advanced research and management learning. We aim to produce graduates who are equipped with exceptional skills to serve local and international development needs. Most of our research, courses and consultancy activities can be taken in English and French. We are one of the few private institutes that offer this flexibility.
City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL) est un institut de hautes études à vocation de recherche situé au Nouveau-Brunswick, au Canada, qui répond aux besoins de la communauté de recherche et des entreprises. C-IHL fait partie de l’Institute of International Education Canada (IEC) Inc., fondé en 2013. L’institut est un lieu important pour la recherche scientifique et le conseil aux entreprises couvrant les problèmes mondiaux contemporains. C-IHL se concentre principalement sur la recherche avancée et l’apprentissage en gestion. Nous visons à produire des diplômés dotés de compétences exceptionnelles pour répondre aux besoins de développement locaux et internationaux. From Institute of Chinese & Asian Research (ICAR)
In the early years, our journey began as the Institute of Chinese & Asian Research (ICAR), a hub dedicated to enhancing understanding and collaboration through focused research on Chinese and Asian studies. This period marked our initial commitment to fostering international ties and understanding through education.
Institute of International Education Canada (IEC)
As our scope expanded and our mission evolved to include a broader global perspective, we transitioned to the Institute of International Education Canada (IEC). This name change reflected our growing emphasis on offering a diverse range of international educational programs and our dedication to creating global opportunities for our students
City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL)
In 2024, we embraced a new identity as the City Institute of Higher Learning (C-IHL), signifying a comprehensive approach to higher education that merges research, practical knowledge, and innovative learning strategies.
