City Institute of Higher Learning Strengthens Partnership with Moncton Fire Department

The City Institute of Higher Learning (CIHL), Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, proudly welcomed Keith Guptill, Deputy Chief of Operations of the Moncton Fire Department, on a courtesy visit aimed at strengthening community partnership and institutional collaboration.
